Order Processing Time
WHAT IS YOUR SHOP TURNAROUND TIME?
IN-STOCK ITEMS:
Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 72 hours.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
Many of our items are made to order, after your order has been placed. Custom items take time to create. Please allow us up to 2 weeks to process your order. During peak seasons orders can take a little longer —thank you in advance for your patience!
SHIPPING TIMES:
Once an order has been processed, delivery time can vary from 2-5 business days depending on location and the shipping speed you selected at checkout. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking details. Changing your shipping speed does not change our processing time.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES AND METHODS?
All orders are shipped from Everett, WA. Any delivery dates provided by The Swanky Seagull are estimates. The Swanky Seagull will send you an email when your order has shipped. All shipments go by way of USPS.
Domestic USPS Estimated Shipping Times
First Class: 3-5 Business Days
Priority: 2-3 Business Days
Express: 1-2 Business Days
All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Please make certain to ship to a secure location and double check the address you’ve entered. The Swanky Seagull will not be responsible for lost packages or packages shipped to a wrong address due to invalid address entry at checkout.
WHAT ARE YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS?
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
MY PACKAGE SHOWS SHIPPED BUT MY TRACKING STATUS HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED?
We create a shipping label the day your package actually ships. We do not create a label ahead of time. This means, that if your tracking status hasn't updated, USPS has your package and it is en route. Check back later to refresh tracking status.
Returns
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer store credit for returns and exchanges on non-custom items. If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) via e-mail at: hello@theswankyseagull.com
You will receive a reply with exchange instructions. We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or you may return your item(s) for store credit. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and returned to us in the way they were sent. All discounted items, custom name items, or custom made products are final sale.

HOW TO EXCHANGE/RETURN:
- Please e-mail us at hello@theswankyseagull.com for an exchange form and instructions.

- Please do NOT return items before getting authorization by email.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping and associated cost.
​
- Exchanges must include the exchange form you received via email.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS:
- If your item arrives damaged, please let us know and provide a photo of the damaged item so we can coordinate a replacement. If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item, please let us know and we will correct it.
Exchanges can take up to 14 business days to process but we work through them as fast as possible! Some delays may occur during busy seasons.
